Description:

The EFLEX Square cable duct is intended for installation just below the surface - a shallow trench. The cable duct is made of polyethylene, resistant to chemicals, can handle loads up to 25 t, waterproof and self-extinguishing - non-spreading flame. An incredibly versatile system that allows easy and quick installation of shallow buried cable routes.

EFLEX Square is available in 5 sizes, with a range of innovative accessories. The product variants are given as follows: outer diameter x inner diameter.

EFLEX Square is flexible and stackable, eliminating the need for costly and cumbersome bent pieces. The customer is free to configure the cable channel assembly to meet specific project requirements and is not limited to a pre-configured arrangement. The stackable units are supplied in 5.3m lengths with built-in plug-in waterproof connectors.

The EFLEX Square integrates seamlessly with the Green Trough, providing a perfect pairing for cable routing.

Space-saving: EFLEX Square units are stackable, allowing quick and easy installation even in spaces with limited space. Requires less excavation & no pipe spacers.
Strong: Buried at 300mm, EFLEX Square can handle loads equivalent to that of a 25 tonne truck. The shallower burial depth means a smaller trench is required, further reducing installation time and cost.
Flexible: Each EFLEX Square unit has a minimum bending radius of up to 10 times its internal diameter. No separate bent pieces are required. Bended pieces are usually expensive and only add to the time and cost of installation.
Resistance: Resistant to chemicals including distilled water, sodium chloride solution, sulfuric acid, nitrates and sodium hydroxide solution. EFLEX Square is waterproof.
Fire resistant: Self-extinguishing in less than 30 seconds according to JIS C3653.
Environmentally friendly: EFLEX Square is made of high density polyethylene and is fully recyclable.
Versatile: The configuration is determined by the customer. Available in 5 sizes with built-in waterproof connectors. A wide range of intuitive accessories is also available.
