FiloSeal+HD FIRE is very easy to apply regardless of the type of cable in conduits as it uses strong but flexible hex blocks to support the cable and provide a firm support for the seal.
The unique design of the hexagonal blocks makes it very easy to place and separate the cables, while providing a solid support for the MD+ sealant to be applied.

FiloSeal+HD FIRE provides a strong support system using fire resistant hexagonal blocks made from a specially formulated material called 'Formite' which forms a honeycomb structure. FiloSeal+HD FIRE is suitable for sealing any configuration of cables or pipes contained in a single conduit and also allows the seal to be easily reinserted to add or remove cables or pipes.
The FiloSeal+HD FIRE sealing system uses MD+ fire retardant sealant, which is easily applied from a standard gun. High-quality, one-component, flexible sealant "MD+" is based on an air-curing silicone compound.
After application and complete curing, thixotropic MD+ forms a plastic elastomeric mass with special properties that effectively seal while providing a long service life.
